What you need to make an IP camera on Android
So, in order to create an IP camera, you will need the following:
- Android device with working camera and microphone. The better the camera, the better the video will be.
- The device to be used as a receiver. It must have a browser installed. The operating system doesn’t matter. It can be a computer, laptop, or even another smartphone or tablet.
- It is necessary that the IP camera on Android and the receiving device are connected by a local network (they must be in the same Wi-Fi network), or both have good Internet access.
- On the device that will act as an IP camera, you will need to install one small program, which I will discuss below.
The program in question is called IP Webcam. Before we start working with her, I’ll tell you about her advantages:
- It is free and in Russian (there is a Prо version, but it is not necessary to buy it).
- You can transfer and record both video and sound.
- Does not require the installation of additional programs on the receiving device, which allows you to use any device with a browser as this role.
- There is a whole set of extensions for this program that improve its functions.
- You can adjust the video and audio quality.
- You can superimpose the date and time on the video you shoot.
- There are night video functions.
- The receiver can connect to the IP camera locally via Wi-Fi or via the Internet.
- You can turn on the flash if necessary, including remotely.
- Motion sensors can be configured.
- And much more.
In general, IP Webcam is one of the best and most functional programs with which to create an IP camera on Android.
IP camera for Android with video streaming and recording function
In this article, I will talk about how to create an IP camera on Android. As a result, you can turn your smartphone or tablet into a device that will record on video everything that falls into the camera lens and transmit it via the Internet or to a local network.
An IP camera can be useful in many useful things:
- Let’s say you can install it near the stove in the kitchen and move to another room. Through the camera, you can watch the preparation of the dish and make sure that nothing burns out and does not boil away.
- IP camera on Android is useful as a video nanny. You can install it by pointing at the baby and observe the child, from another room, going about your business.
- Such a thing can be used as a video peephole at the front door.
- And, of course, you can use it as a hidden camera and watch it using streaming video.
It is very beneficial to use as an IP camera any old (which can no longer work normally with modern programs and games) or broken (for example, with a damaged screen or case) Android device, which can no longer be fully used, but from which it is a pity get rid of. So you give a second life to your smartphone or tablet. And, of course, modern devices also cope easily with the function of an IP camera.

Organization of online video surveillance. the main ways
We install cameras so that in the future it is possible to easily identify the faces of all people who come under their review. To do this, it is necessary to determine the optimal installation height, as well as to select devices with the required focal length and viewing angle in advance. To ensure the best quality today, it is better to buy IP cameras with high image resolution.
After installing the cameras, we need to connect them to the DVR using a UTP cable. We also connect a hard drive to the recorder (preferably with external power supply), and power our entire system from the network. In order not to fiddle with extra wires, you need to immediately buy cameras with the ability to power over a network cable (PoE), as well as a DVR with PoE ports, or in the future use PoE adapters and a power supply for IP cameras (PoE injector).
Next, we connect our entire system to the router, and make all the necessary settings: port forwarding, setting camera parameters, etc. camera.
Today, the implementation of this kind of video surveillance is available both for large organizations and for private use. To install and configure video surveillance via the Internet in the second case, it is not necessary to resort to the services of specialists. you can easily do it yourself.
Remote video surveillance can be useful in different life situations, for example, for organizing surveillance at a summer cottage, for monitoring the actions of a nanny caring for a child, for the progress of repairs or construction of a house by workers. there can be a lot of situations.
Necessary components of a remote video surveillance system
To implement Internet video surveillance, the following functional elements are required (depending on the volume of the system and the user’s desires):
- Cameras. IP, or regular web;
- Digital video recorder;
- HDD;
- Router (router);
- Software;
- The required amount of network UTP cable;
Necessary components of a remote video surveillance system
But each individual case is different, and when creating a simple video surveillance system with one IP camera, it will be enough only for it and a dedicated IP address, if you do not need to record an archive on a hard disk, but only remotely control what is happening.
To create online video surveillance without using various cloud servers, you will need a dedicated static IP address. You can get it from your provider, or use the special DynDNS service. By the way, the result of obtaining a static IP on your own through such services can be achieved for a long time and is difficult, and it is not a fact that you will achieve your goal. So the best option would be to get a static IP for an additional fee from the provider (about 200 rubles per month), or use a special cloud service.
In general, today it is possible to implement remote video surveillance without a static IP address and DDNS services. Not so long ago, the so-called cloud video surveillance services appeared, to which you can connect your cameras and view the video stream in real time. Read more at the end of the article.
The main disadvantage of remote video surveillance in general is the fact that not everywhere is it possible to connect to the cable Internet, and through wireless networks, the quality of the connection, as a rule, leaves much to be desired. Remote control of a large video surveillance system, consisting of a large number of cameras, in this case will be very problematic.
So, let’s look at 4 main options for implementing online video surveillance via the Internet, ranging from a simple one to a full-fledged system.
Add a video recorder
Remote video surveillance system with connection of a video recorder
Thanks to the introduction of the DVR into the system, its functionality is significantly expanded. Now it becomes possible not only to view the picture from cameras online, but also to keep an archive, which will also be available through remote access. In addition, various security sensors can be connected to the DVR, with the help of which the system will be able to notify you of an alarm event.
The principle of setting up IP video surveillance via the Internet with the addition of a video recorder to the system is practically no different from the previous method.
- We get a dedicated IP address from the provider, then set up forwarding from it to the IP address of the local network in which the DVR will be located.
- Usually all the necessary network settings are found in the “Network” tab. In this section, you do not need to register the local IP address of your DVR (for example, 192.168.1.1), the gateway (the IP address of the router in the local network), as well as the subnet mask (usually it looks like 255.255.255.0).
Important! One rule must be observed, which says that the router and the DVR must be on the same subnet, otherwise they simply cannot see each other.
Now it’s the turn to configure the router parameters:
- We go into its web interface, select the item “Remote Management”, and allow remote control of the device with the allocation of the corresponding port.
- Now, in the “Virtual Servers” section, we set up forwarding by analogy with setting up a system only with a router: for example, external port 8086, DVR port (80), and its IP address to which requests from the outside will be forwarded (as an example, we specified 192.168.1.1).
- It is also worth assigning the permanent IP address of your DVR to its MAC address, otherwise the router may assign it an arbitrary IP after rebooting. Typically, these settings are located in the “Address Reservation”.
With the correct settings, the DVR will be available upon request: http: // (your permanent static IP address from the provider) 🙁 8086). must be specified without brackets.
Important! Let’s clarify one important point that many users stumble upon who have successfully configured the equipment, but still cannot connect via remote access. It is impossible to enter the DVR settings remotely from the same static IP address that you assigned to it (and which your Internet has), since the request from a technical point of view is generated from the same address. Therefore, to check the functionality, you need to log into the recorder from a device with a different IP address. a mobile phone or computer with an excellent external IP.
With one IP camera
Video surveillance using one IP camera
Connect Ip webcam with out WIFI
The simplest, and therefore the most popular, way of organizing remote monitoring is a direct connection of the IP camera via the provider’s network cable. To implement this method, we will need the same dedicated IP address, which will need to be assigned to the camera itself.
- First, you need to connect the camera to the computer, and enter its IP address in the browser line. You can find out IP cameras in the user manual, on the manufacturer’s label stuck on the body, or using the manufacturer’s software on the disk that comes with the kit.
- After entering the IP, we will get into its web interface, where we will need to go to the network settings subsection, and indicate “Receive automatically” in the “IP address” line, or manually register the IP address allocated to you by the provider for greater reliability.
- Now you need to find out the port used by the camera for the incoming connection. most often port 80 is open.
- Next, set the login and password by which you will enter the camera’s network interface, disconnect the device from the computer, and connect the provider’s network cable to the IP camera.
If configured correctly, the camera image will be available from any device at: http: // (your permanent IP address) 🙁 open port of the camera). without brackets.
It so happens that the provider blocks port 80. in this case, change it to another in the camera settings. As you can see, everything is simple, and all this can be easily done without the help of specialists.
Remote video surveillance using a router
Remote video surveillance using a router
To connect two or more cameras to the Internet, we need to enter a router (router) into our system. He creates his own subnet, which includes all the cameras, and he also needs a dedicated IP address.
To configure the router, we need to get into its web interface. This is done by analogy with one IP camera. in the address bar of the browser we drive in its standard IP address, set by the manufacturer by default, and we get into the login and password entry form. The IP address can be taken on the device label, or in the user manual, in the same place we take a login with a password (usually login: admin, and the password is a combination of several zeros).
After entering the network interface, you need to assign each camera its own port. as a rule, this can be done in the “Routing” section, (Port Forwarding, “Virtual server”, etc., depending on the router) in which rules for transferring external requests from the Internet to one or another IP address of the internal network. For example, the external port under the number 8086 will be redirected to the internal 80 port of the IP address of the first camera (for example, 192.168.1.11). For the external port 8087, set the redirection to port 80 of the internal IP address of another camera, etc. Depending on the router model, the settings may differ, for example, it is possible that in your case you just need to register the ports of each camera with IP addresses and other information:
- Service name. for example, “IP Camera 1”;
- Port range. manually assigned port of the first camera 8086 during further configuration;
- Local IP address. 192.168.1.11 (camera IP address);
- Local port. 8186, or 80 if the camera did not have the ability to configure the port;
- Protocol: TCP;
- Protocol number: 1 (or any other number).
To avoid further confusion, we advise you to write down each local IP address of the cameras on a piece of paper, they will still be useful to you.
After configuring the router, go to the cameras. In turn, we connect to each of them directly from the computer, and manually assign them the IP addresses that were registered in the router settings. for convenience, use the list of IP addresses written earlier on the piece of paper. The port remains by default. 80, or is assigned manually.
It remains to configure the connection with the provider, and connect all the cameras to the router. To connect to CCTV cameras via the Internet, you need to register the request in the address bar of the browser: http: // (your permanent IP address): (the external port specified in the forwarding settings). remove the brackets. When you click on the link, you should open a window with a login and password entry form. enter the data specified when setting up the camera. Again, it is better to write down the data of each camera in a separate list so as not to get confused in the future.
Video surveillance through cloud services is becoming more and more popular and accessible every day. In connection with such increased demand, supply is also growing. more and more manufacturers of video surveillance equipment are beginning to offer their consumers to use their own cloud services. Also, the number of new companies specializing in organizing a specialized cloud for viewing CCTV cameras is growing. Read in our article about the most popular and technologically advanced cameras that have the ability to connect to a remote cloud. Read completely
The principle of remote access to the video surveillance system in this case is the constant connection of the video recorder or camera with the cloud service and transferring data to it, while at any time you can connect to the system and view what is happening online, or work with the archive. To do this, you just need to go to the service website from any device (or use a special application from the equipment manufacturer) and enter the registrar’s identification number and password in the service authorization form. When registering separately in the cloud service, enter the data specified during registration. This method greatly simplifies the task for people who do not understand, or do not want to spend their time on setting up a router, obtaining an external permanent IP address, etc.
To configure the DVR, in most cases, you just need to go to its interface, and put a tick in front of the line “P2P” or “Cloud”, and that’s all. the equipment is automatically connected to the native cloud service. And to start viewing what is happening from the cameras remotely, we go from any device, and simply enter our data into the service authorization form.
The main disadvantage of video surveillance through the cloud is the limitation of the connection speed, therefore there will be restrictions on the bitrate of the video stream, which will not have a positive effect on the image quality. Users of 3G modems will not even notice this, since the connection speed is already quite low, and is strictly limited by the parameters of the 3G standard.
We also suggest that you familiarize yourself with our rating of cloud video surveillance services:
Due to the fact that the recorder must be connected to the Internet via the LAN connector, you will need an intermediate device between the USB modem and the CCTV recorder. a router. The modem is connected to the router via the USB connector. A router with a video surveillance system recorder is connected with a regular Ethernet cable (supplied).
You can use any model of router from any manufacturer, provided the following conditions are met:
- The router must support the connection of USB modems.
- The router must have at least one LAN output.
A model that meets these criteria is in our assortment.
Using a router is convenient because, if it is available, it is possible to use the Internet signal from a 3G / 4G USB modem not only for a video surveillance system, but also for other devices. over, they can be connected to a router both with a cable (for example, a PC) and without a wire via W-Fi (for example, smartphones and tablets). If the 3G / 4G USB modem was connected directly to the recorder of the video surveillance system, then there would be no such possibility.
Anyone can organize video surveillance via a 3G / 4G modem with their own hands, the connection diagram will look like this:
It is worth noting that USB connectors are present in UControl recorders, but they are intended for connecting a mouse (to navigate the system menu) or a flash drive (to copy archived records).
To organize video surveillance via 3G / 4G modems, we recommend using recorders and kits with support for P2P technology. To configure remote access to systems without this technology, an Internet provider must connect one of two services: “external static IP address” or “external dynamic IP address”. When the Internet provider is a company that provides a wired (dedicated) communication channel, then usually there are no problems with connecting these services. And when Internet access is provided by a mobile operator, it must be borne in mind that not all of them provide their subscribers to individuals with one of the two necessary services, and when they do, they do not give the opportunity to choose a bundled Internet tariff if there is a connected service (bundle tariffs are more more profitable than with the Omega-byte payment system).
In the video surveillance market, you will surely find recorders that support direct connection of USB modems. We have repeatedly tested such solutions and received the following results. When there is a connection on the USB modem and it is stable, then everything is in order. But when there is a temporary loss of connection between the modem and the nearest station or other non-standard situations, after the connection is restored, the recorder stops seeing the connected USB modem, “cuts” the speed, etc. All these problems can be solved by rebooting the modem and recorder, but doing this 1-2 times a day is extremely inconvenient. This situation is connected with the fact that the recorder is still not a specialized network device, unlike a router. Routers, on the other hand, do not have such problems, and if they do appear, then they can be solved by remote reloading or updating the firmware (router manufacturers usually quickly deal with such problems by releasing software updates). Based on the results of the tests, our company decided not to introduce recorders with direct connection of 3G / 4G USB modems to the assortment, since the initial convenience would eventually translate into instability of the equipment for users.

Access to the IP camera through a VPN server on Keenetic
Connect the IP camera to the Keenetic network. In the Keenetic web configurator, register the device and assign a permanent IP address to it. Then enable one of the VPN servers for LAN access, such as L2TP / IPsec (recommended) or PPTP. We recommend that you create a separate user (account) for the VPN connection and use a complex password.
After that, from the Internet, establish a connection to the Keenetic VPN server. By connecting to the Internet center, you can access the local network, including the camera (access can be obtained by its local IP address).
We recommend using this method of connecting to an IP camera, because it guarantees security when transmitting traffic over the Internet.
Access from the Internet to an IP camera connected to the Internet Center
When connecting network cameras or video recorders (hereinafter referred to as IP cameras) to the Keenetic, the task often arises to organize access from the Internet to the web interface of cameras to control and view the video stream.
NOTE: Important! This manual describes the option of remote access to an IP camera, which has a built-in web-based configuration interface.
Let’s take a look at the three most popular ways to access IP cameras remotely:
The safest and most reliable way. If you have a public “white” IP address to access the Internet, we recommend using a VPN connection to remotely connect to the local network of the router and access the IP camera.
Simple but insecure way. If you have a public “white” IP address for Internet access, configure port forwarding in Keenetic (sometimes they say “you need to open a port on the router” or “perform port forwarding”).
Access to the web interface of the IP camera through our KeenDNS service using a 4th level domain name. This method is applicable both if you have a public IP address for Internet access (KeenDNS in Direct Access mode) and a private gray IP address (KeenDNS in Cloud mode). Please note that when using the KeenDNS cloud service in the “Through the cloud” mode, there are some restrictions, which will be described later in the text. Also, if you have a gray IP address, you can enable the SSTP VPN server, which works through the KeenDNS cloud service, to remotely connect to local network resources, including an IP camera.
Now let’s take a closer look at each option.
Access to the IP camera by setting up port forwarding (forwarding) on Keenetic
To set up remote access to an IP camera, the Keenetic router relays incoming connections to a specific port or camera ports. This connection method does not guarantee security when transmitting traffic over the Internet. In addition, with this setting, standard ports can be opened on a router with a public white IP address, which is undesirable, since if such ports are detected by malicious bots, it can lead to abundant “parasitic” traffic or an attack on this address.
Disable the UPnP service in the camera and Keenetic settings. In Keenetic, all you need to do is remove the UPnP Service component of the system.
Then configure port forwarding according to the instructions “Port forwarding”.
Create the rule (s) by selecting the interface through which you connect to the Internet in the “Login” field (in our example, this is the “Provider” interface). When using a 3G / 4G modem, select it from the list.
Since the 80th port is used by the Keenetic web configurator, and the IP camera also uses the 80th port on the web interface, we will configure the “mapping” (substitution) of the port so that the web interface of the camera is accessible from the Internet in a different way port (in our example, port 8080).
After that, check the port forwarding to the IP camera from the Internet through the browser.
In the browser, use an address like WAN_IP-address_Keenetic: port_number
For example: 86.87.88.89:8080
In the browser, you should see the web interface of your camera.
Using our KeenDNS domain name service (in the “Direct Access” mode), you can assign your own permanent domain name to the Internet center. Then in the browser use the address of the form domain_name: port_number
For example: myrouter01.keenetic.pro:8080
Access to the web interface of the IP camera through the KeenDNS service using a 4th level domain name
This method is applicable both if you have a public white IP address for Internet access (KeenDNS in “Direct access” mode), and a private gray IP address (KeenDNS in “Through the cloud” mode).
Configure access to web applications of the local network according to the instructions “An example of remote access to resources on a home network via KeenDNS”. In this case, port forwarding does not need to be configured. Access from the Internet to the web interface of the IP camera will be possible by a 4th level domain name (for example, at camera.myrouter01.keenetic.pro).
When the KeenDNS service operates in the “Through the cloud” mode, pay attention to the following:
NOTE: Important! If the IP camera transmits video using the HTTP protocol, in this case, the video transmission (image display) will work through KeenDNS. But if the IP camera for broadcasting video uses other protocols (for example, RTSP. Real Time Streaming Protocol or RTP. Real-time Transport Protocol), or the interface requires the installation of a special plug-in to support viewing images from cameras, then video transmission directly via HTTP the KeenDNS cloud service proxy will not work. In this case, to access the IP camera, you need to use a white IP address and use the “Direct Access” mode in KeenDNS (see method 2) or use a VPN connection for remote access (see method 1). If it is not possible to connect to the public IP address service, as an option, use SSTP on the Keenetic VPN server to remotely connect to the local network and IP camera via a cloud HTTP proxy.
The KeenDNS cloud HTTP proxy allows authorization when connecting to local resources using a 4th level domain name using Keenetic. This feature is described in the article: “Enabling authorization for a device with an open web interface when using remote access through the KeenDNS service”. It is usually used to enable authorization on devices that do not have their own login and password authorization. But if configured in this way, you first need to go through authorization in Keenetic, and then in the web interface of the camera itself, i.e. enter login / password twice for additional protection.

Internet does not work in Windows 10
One of the most common problems after upgrading to Windows 10, as well as after a clean installation of the system or just installing “large” updates in the OS. the Internet does not work, and the problem may relate to both wired and Wi-Fi connections.
This guide provides details on what to do if the Internet stops working after updating or installing Windows 10 and the common reasons for this. The methods are equally suitable for those users who use the final and Insider builds of the system (and the latter are more likely to encounter the problem in question). We will also consider the case when after updating the Wi-Fi connection became “limited without Internet access” with a yellow exclamation mark. Additional Notes: How to fix the error “The Ethernet or Wi-Fi network adapter does not have valid IP settings”, Unrecognized Windows 10 network.
Update: Updated Windows 10 has a quick way to reset all network and Internet settings to their original state when there are connection problems. How to reset Windows 10 network settings.
The guide is divided into two parts: the first lists the more common reasons for the loss of the Internet connection after the upgrade, and the second. after installing and reinstalling the OS. However, the methods from the second part may also work for cases where a problem appears after the update.
If the Internet stopped working after a clean install or reinstall of Windows 10
If the Internet does not work immediately after installing Windows 10 on a computer or laptop, then the problem is most likely caused by the drivers of the network card or Wi-Fi adapter.
At the same time, some users mistakenly believe that if the device manager shows that “The device is working normally”, and when trying to update the drivers Windows says that they do not need updating, then the problem is definitely not in the drivers. However, it is not.
The first thing to worry about after installing the system in case of such problems is to download the official drivers for the chipset, network card and Wi-Fi (if available). This should be done from the site of the manufacturer of the computer motherboard (for PC) or from the site of the laptop manufacturer, specifically for your model (and not use driver packs or “universal” drivers). At the same time, if the official website does not have drivers for Windows 10, you can also download for Windows 8 or 7 in the same bitness.
When installing them, it is better to first uninstall those drivers that Windows 10 installed itself, for this:
- Go to the device manager (right click on start. “Device Manager”).
- In the “Network adapters” section, right-click on the required adapter and select “Properties”.
- In the “Driver” tab, remove the existing driver.
After that, run the driver file previously downloaded from the official website, it should install normally, and if the problem with the Internet was caused by this particular factor, everything should work.
Another possible reason why the Internet may not work immediately after reinstalling Windows is that it requires some kind of configuration, creating a connection or changing the parameters of an existing connection, such information is almost always available on the provider’s website, check (especially if you installed OS and don’t know if your ISP needs Internet setup).
Internet does not work after upgrading or installing updates to Windows 10
You have upgraded to Windows 10 or installed the latest updates on the already installed ten and the Internet (via wire or Wi-Fi) is gone. The steps to take in this case are listed below, in order.
The first step is to check if all the necessary protocols for the Internet to work are enabled in the connection properties. To do this, do the following.
- Press the Windows R keys on your keyboard, type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
- A list of connections will open, click on the one you use to access the Internet, right-click and select “Properties”.
- Note the list “Selected components are used by this connection”. For normal operation of the Internet, at least IP version 4 must be enabled. But in general, usually the full list of protocols is enabled by default, which also provides support for the local home network, the transformation of computer names into IP, etc.
- If you have important protocols turned off (and this happens after the update), turn them on and apply the connection settings.
Now check if Internet access appeared (provided that the component check showed that the protocols were indeed disabled for some reason).
Note: if several connections are used for the wired Internet at once. over the local network PPPoE (high-speed connection) or L2TP, PPTP (VPN connection), then check the protocols for both connections.
If this option did not fit (i.e. protocols are enabled), then the next most common reason that the Internet does not work after upgrading to Windows 10 is an installed antivirus or firewall.
That is, if you had any third-party antivirus installed before the update, and you updated to 10 without uninstalling it, this may cause problems with the Internet. Such problems have been seen with software from ESET, BitDefender, Comodo (including firewall), Avast and AVG, but I think the list is not complete. over, a simple disabling of protection, as a rule, does not solve problems with the Internet.
The solution is to completely remove the antivirus or firewall (in this case, it is better to use the official uninstallation utilities from the developers’ sites, for more details. How to completely remove the antivirus from the computer), restart the computer or laptop, check if the Internet is working, and if it works, then install the necessary you antivirus software again (or you can change the antivirus, see Best Free Antiviruses).
In addition to antivirus software, a similar problem can be caused by previously installed third-party VPN programs, if you have something similar, try removing such software from your computer, restarting it and checking the Internet.
If the problem arose with the Wi-Fi connection, and after the update, the Wi-Fi continues to connect, but always writes that the connection is limited and without Internet access, first of all try the following:
- Go to the device manager through the right click on start.
- In the “Network adapters” section, find your Wi-Fi adapter, right-click on it, select “Properties”.
- On the Power Management tab, uncheck “Allow this device to be turned off to save power” and apply the settings.
From experience, it is this action that most often turns out to be workable (provided that the situation with a limited Wi-Fi connection arose after the upgrade to Windows 10). If that doesn’t work, try the methods from here: Wi-Fi connection is limited or doesn’t work in Windows 10. See also: Wi-Fi connection without Internet access.
If none of the above options helped to fix the problem, I also recommend that you read the article: Pages in the browser do not open, and Skype works (even if it does not connect to you, the specified instructions contain tips that can help restore your Internet connection). The tips below for a non-working Internet after installing the OS may also be useful.
Additional Information
In all cases of unexplained Internet problems, do not forget about the troubleshooting tools in Windows 10 itself. often it can help.
A quick way to start troubleshooting is to right-click on the connection icon in the notification area and select “Troubleshoot”, and then follow the instructions of the automatic fix wizard.
And finally, there is an official instruction on what to do if the Internet does not work in Windows 10 from Microsoft itself. http://Windows.microsoft.com/en-ru/Windows-10/fix-network-connection-issues

Hello. After rearranging 10 Windows, my PC does not connect to the Internet via a modem. Writes connection interrupted. When the button is pressed, it writes a change in parameters such as establishing a limit connection. And nothing helps. The drivers were removed, each one manually. Firewall off They also changed everything on the modem itself, nothing helped. help me please.
What kind of modem? Just a USB modem from some carrier? We tried to completely uninstall all of its software and try to install it again.?
Also try resetting the network parameters, and then reinstalling the modem: https://remontka.pro/reset-network-Windows-10/
Hello. The next problem: I have Windows 10, a couple of weeks ago glitches with the Internet began to occur (it works fine for 30 seconds, then the speed is zero for 30 seconds), the problem is with the computer, I updated the drivers, recently I even reset the network, but after a few days it started again. Somebody knows?
Hello. And such a problem is not observed along the way? https://remontka.pro/non-paged-pool-Windows-10/
Also: no third-party firewall-proxy-vpn?
Thanks a lot! Rescued and helped! After upgrading to Windows 10, the laptop did not detect WI-FI, now everything works!
Thank you very much. Your advice brought my internet back
I don’t know about you, but after the last update, it just JUST lost My adapter, that is, only WI-FI and there is simply no port for the cable. And nothing helps me here.
In disabled devices (enable them to be shown in the manager) also not? Devices with errors or unknown?
Hello. Without restarting the computer, the Internet does not connect through the router, i.e. after turning on the computer, it must be rebooted. After diagnostics, problems were found in the operation of the adapter that are associated with drivers or hardware. The driver was updated, removed and reinstalled. but nothing helped. The router works fine with other devices.
Hello.
Try disabling Fast Startup, restarting your computer, and then watching to see if the problem will continue to appear during a normal shutdown. About disabling fast startup here: https://remontka.pro/fast-startup-Windows-10/
Thanks for the answer, I did everything as in the description, but I do not have the “Enable Fast Startup” parameter.
Or you can put a screenshot somewhere of the window where the parameter should be and give a link, take a look.
Here is the diagnostic answer and screenshot (link)
Strange…. and you have administrator rights on the computer?
Of course. I have a C drive. an SSD drive, maybe that’s why there is no quick start option. And I have update 10 disabled
No, the SSD also has such a parameter.
Then let’s do it differently: turn off hibernation in the command line (like this: https://remontka.pro/hibernation-Windows-10/) then everything is the same: reboot, work, shut down, turn on. see if the problem persists. If solved, leave with hibernation disabled.
Hibernation has already been disabled, the DWORD value with the name HibernateEnabled is 0, so there is probably no quick launch option either.
Hmm. then it’s strange, because the symptoms that you describe are usually associated with it (or quick start).
Another idea is to manually install all the official drivers from the motherboard manufacturer’s website. on the chipset, power management, network card.
Exactly the same mistake, I tried everything, Tatyana, you decided?
Hello, I use a 4g WI-FI router from mts (USB connection) I don’t have a WI-FI adapter when the router was connected via a wire, the Internet connection was and everything worked fine for a month and today in the morning he does not want to see it on the network. parameters such as setting a limit value for connection
Troubleshooting says the network cable is damaged or not working properly
Resetting the BIOS removed the network adapter plugged into other USB slots nothing helps but the WI-FI itself is distributed and works fine now I did a network reset I am waiting for a reboot and results
And no new programs for protection (antiviruses, firewalls), something related to VPN, etc. did not install?
And of course, as an option. completely remove the device (4G Wi-Fi router) along with the drivers in the device manager, and then update the hardware configuration in the manager menu.
Good afternoon, I have a problem with connecting via a Wi-Fi network, updated to 10 at work, the laptop connects to Wi-Fi and does not want to at home, although smartphones are connected to the home router and there is Internet, help me find the reason. thank
Hello. Could you describe in more detail how the Wi-Fi connection at home behaves? What is happening, what is reported?
Just a few points that you yourself could have checked already:
1. a system without third-party antiviruses and without applied “programs to disable surveillance Windows 10”? It can affect no matter what is there on the provider’s side.
2. The network drivers tried to manually install it from the motherboard site (even if there we say only 7-ku, feel free to put it). Why do I think about them. first it connects, and after reboot falls off. It can say that 10 itself updates the driver, and it would not be worth it to do it.
On the 1st. The day before yesterday I put a clean 10-ku on the sistemnik. No antivirus! The only thing, at the first boot, I turned off all the “offers” of the 10s for help there, sending messages and other things for tracking (there are probably a dozen of them there). Can it somehow influence? Then, as well as earlier, a year or more ago, I installed the 10. system and did not bother with it. and everything was fine. If I understood you correctly, I will leave all of them, then I will check what and how, and then turn it off one by one in the settings?
On the 2nd, I did not put it. we got up ourselves, of course I will try it.
Now my friend brought his system engineer for reinstallation, I’ll try it forcibly. but understand yourself, no one will follow all the updates in fact, and it is sometimes irrational to turn off updates. Or I don’t know something, and you can somehow forcibly disable the driver update on the network card?
Those items could not affect, you can safely turn it off during installation.
2. Yes, you can disable device-specific driver updates. https://remontka.pro/disable-driver-auto-update-Windows-10/
Everything works on a friend’s PC. Now I will reinstall and check my old sistemnik, but with disabled items. And if everything is normal. Then on the main PC I will either change the antivirus of the ess nodes to a regular node, or a complete reinstallation…. if anything, back to the question.
2. Thanks for the link, I will delve into.
yes, the campaign is. Reinstalled the wine system. 10 on another old computer. Disabled items. The driver that I could deliver, the rest is default. Antivirus GCD without a firewall. No questions, the Internet starts up, works.
Hello, I reinstalled Windows at 10, I set everything up, but the Internet does not work. What to do?
Not enough information. How is the computer / laptop connected to the network, are the network adapters visible? What exactly happens when you try to connect?
Hello. I use my smartphone as a Wi-Fi hotspot. Today I’m trying to connect, and he says “No internet connection.” That is, the laptop connects, but cannot go to the Internet. And everything works fine from the phone itself, sites open. Yesterday and before that everything was fine, but today. no. What could be the problem?
And if I switch to another SIM card, from MTS to megaphone (2-SIM phone), then everything works well. Or is it still a problem on the side of MTS?
Hello.
Most likely from the MTS side. Plus, keep in mind that on many tariffs they block the ability to distribute from a mobile (ie, a telecom operator “sees” when you just use the Internet from your phone, and when you distribute). It is better to call them for help, in your specific case, clarify: if they say. but because it is forbidden, find out how to unblock the opportunity.
Good day. I am writing to the ambulance. so sorry for French. The problem is different. From the smartphone I distribute the Internet via WIFI Windows 10-tka does not see the network at all. on 3 smarts the same. different numbers. tariffs and operators too. but if through a USB cord that is net. It is very inconvenient, especially if the Honor has a constant recharge of the smart. no ice. where to dig. there are no antiviruses. thank!
Hello.
Are other networks visible in the system (neighbors, etc.)? If not, we are looking for the reason in the turned off Wi-Fi adapter (airplane mode) or in the wrong drivers.
Yes. that’s just what you can see. I would not write otherwise. I have been sitting on the 7-ke since its inception. and then I upgraded the computer and saw that 7 on the new hardware does not work well (mobile access points worked perfectly) and put 10-ku. the flight is fine. that’s just in Wi-Fi troubles. (if there are 2 operators and both have no-lim. also the lim. equally does not see). after sitting not a lot, I managed to connect one point. but this point does not suit me as it is constantly called and mimo falls off. something like that. Thank you!
I would like to know the nuances of some security protocols in 10. maybe there is something like a firewall, or maybe at the level of some permissions from the side of the certificates, I’m not strong in software, but with a pity, everything is good. thank!
No, there are no such restrictions in general. Maybe just a problem in the drivers? Deliver from the hardware manufacturer directly, instead of those that Windows itself installs.
I’m sorry for my panic. you need to work remotely. virus. figured it out. did not notice the log in the eye. YES! firewood for wifi! you are absolutely right! All networks are working. points are visible and even somehow become faster connected. Thank you very much for your help. you never need to rely on Windows firewood. it is better to spend an hour and put all the firewood on a pity from the manufacturer (it’s not for nothing that they put it on the network. it means they know something) and sleep peacefully! thank!
Hello. The problem is this: sometimes in the line of my WI-FI appears “no internet connection, protected”, it starts working only if I reconnect. On Android it works fine without breaking. This was not the case before. Help please, Windows 10.
Hello. But in fact, the Internet does not work either? It just happens that such an inscription appears due to the fact that it was not possible to contact the server that serves to check the Internet connection, but in fact everything works.
Well, if not, then: was something done before the problem appeared? Antivirus can, some kind of system cleaning tool or disable tracking Windows 10?
Hello. Windows does not see my network. When connected to wi-fi, it says “no internet connection”, but at the same time it works on this laptop. The browser and Steam function fine, and I am writing from this laptop right now even though I have “no connection”. Please help me solve the problem, live and so of course you can, given that everything works, but I would like to fix it. thank.
Hello.
What you are describing is a bug in one of the latest Windows 10 updates. The easiest way is to wait until they fix it.
Tell me. Wi-Fi does not work on PC, although it is on the phone. At the same time, I have an account password when I log in. And now when I need to enter the account password when I log in, it will forgive the internet connection, but no Wi-Fi.
Stopped working after shutting down the computer. Turned off the power supply and unplugged the power cord because there was a thunderstorm. There is an option to connect to the network, but it only says the mode in the plane, although it is turned off.
Is this a laptop? Maybe the keys have turned off the Wi-Fi adapter? And even if not, look at this: https://remontka.pro/ne-rabotaet-WI-FI-na-noutbuke/
Not. I do not have a laptop. It’s not about the cable. There is nothing in the network connection option. I can’t do anything from the link you gave me, because I can’t log into the system. The drivers are all fresh, the Windows did not reinstall. Just picked up and stopped working.
I don’t have a laptop. Windu did not reinstall, everything is fine with the drivers. I just took the Internet and disappeared after turning it off. Reinstall Windows?
I can’t say clearly from the description, because it’s still not completely clear to me what happened and why, but I’m afraid to figure it out like this remotely in your situation.
In any case, you can not reinstall, but try to use it to start the restore point: on the lock screen, click on the power button drawn at the bottom right, then, holding Shift. Restart. Troubleshooting. System Restore.
Hello!
The problem appeared after reinstalling Windows 10
The connection to the network is seen as via WI-FI. and via USB, it also shows that Internet access is available
But I can’t go through any link in the browser, eternal loading
I checked the Internet on other devices, everything works fine
Mobile hotspot does not work
Why is there no internet connection through the mobile hotspot??

We will tell you what to do if the Windows 10 mobile hot spot does not turn on and there is no Wi-Fi distribution through the laptop. If there is no Internet connection from the Mobile Hotspot point:
- In the menu open “Adapter Parameter Settings”.
- In the window that opens, find the local network adapter and click pkm.
- From the drop-down list, select the “Properties” command and go to the “Access” tab.
- Check the box “Allow other network users to use this computer’s Internet connection” to enable network sharing.
- Click “Ok”.
Now go back a step and select the created hotspot. Through RMB go to “Properties”, click “Protocol 4” and again “Properties”. The following parameters must be specified here:
- “IP-address”. 192.168.137.1;
- “Subnet mask”. 255.255.255.0;
- “Preferred Web Server”. 8.8.8.8;
- “Alternative”. 8.8.4.4.
If the mobile hot spot does not turn on with these settings, then in the “Properties” check the box “Obtain an IP address automatically” and save the changes with the “OK” button. After restarting the computer, the point is activated.
If correcting the settings did not help and the mobile hotspot still does not work, start the Wi-Fi autoconfiguration service. For this:
- move the mouse cursor over the “My Computer” icon and open the context menu;
- select the “Management” item from the list, go to the “Services and Applications” section;
- in the list of commands find “WLAN auto-configuration”;
- if the option is inactive, click “Run” and click “Ok”.
Check the activation of the routing service. In the previous section, look for Routing and Remote Access. Adjust this function:
- in the line “Startup type” select “Automatic”;
- click “Run”.
The operation of the hotspot is controlled by the “Connection Sharing” option. Find it in the list of applications. If the function is disabled, click “Run”.
The last way to fix the situation. reset network.
- Go to “Start” and select the “Options” column.
- Under “Network and Internet” click “Status”.
- Scroll down to the “Troubleshooting Tools” section.
- Click “Reset Network” and then “Reset Now”.
After restarting your computer, reconfigure your LAN and hotspot. As a rule, after the described actions, the work of the point is restored. No books about earning money will tell you about the method that I’ll tell you now, believe me to a person with experience who earns online for a huge amount of time that you can easily earn money and simply and in books they do not write about sites such as https: // Orca-88.com, after all, here I really earn money and earn quite a lot, and therefore I advise you to earn money here as well as profitably and pleasantly make money here so come in and let’s earn all together It will also be useful to read about How to share Wi-Fi from a laptop in Windows 7.
