Serial number connection

There are 3 ways to connect to the camera:

  • Serial number connection is a fairly simple option that allows you to scan the QR code on the camera itself and connect to the camera from anywhere with Internet access.
  • Connecting by IP address is the classic way of connecting. When using this method, you need to be in the same local network with the camera or have a dedicated ip-address.

To connect to the camera in this way, you need to know the IP address of the camera. In the top panel of the application, click the “Add camera” button (1).

Then press the button “IP address”.

In the window that opens, enter “Address” (3), “Port” (4) (if it has not been changed in the camera settings, leave the field unchanged), “Device name” (5), “Administrator password” (6) and press the button “Save” (7).

If everything was done correctly, the camera will appear in the list of cameras and the image from the camera will appear on the smartphone screen.

This approach is the simplest, but at the same time imposes a limitation. the camera and smartphone must be on the same local network.
