In this situation, you need to go to the official (!) Support site of your developer. for example, asus.com/ru/support. In the search kill the model of your laptop. When the name pops up in the drop-down list, click on it. Next, the system will ask what OS you have and its bit depth (x32, x64, etc.). This is the most important parameter.
